Pe un mash urias pus pe Ciclop am citit indemnul de a-mi lua invitatia de pe net. M-am inscris si am primit un mail cu un link catre un pdf cu cod de bare. Mi s-a parut foarte tare si am mai recomandat la cativa prieteni.&lt;br /&gt;Promovarea a fost ok (TV, outdoor, print). Pe net, echipa Beck’s a mai introdus pe parcurs si un &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;viral push &lt;/span&gt;de tipul 10 recomandari pentru un premiu.&lt;br /&gt;Cu doua zile inainte de concert am primit pe mail un reminder cu detalii de acces.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A venit si ziua concertului (sambata 29 mai). Din pacate, cu nori negri si amenintatori. Am ajuns la Romexpo odata cu primii stropi de ploaie, scannerele validandu-ne invitatiile. Primele beri le-am luat de sete, dar si din recunostiinta pentru invitatia gratuita &lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;☺&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pe scena un DJ warming-up cu tehnicieni alergand sa puna folii de plastic peste echipamente. Furtuna s-a dezlantuit, punand pe fuga multi dintre cei prezenti (inclusiv trei din prietenii nostri). Multe umbrele, dar si multi &lt;span&gt;vamaioti&lt;/span&gt; uzi, dar fericiti.  Altii cautau scapare in toaletele eco sau sub corturile de bere, ultimii fara a face insa si vanzare pe masura gazduirii. Am vazut si  niste pusti dansand in linie sub cate un banner Beck’s, demontat de la locul lui.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Din simpatie pentru concert si investitie, ploaia a incetat. Am salutat cativa fosti colegi prin public. Cu sase beri la bord am fost incalzit cand au intrat Noisettes. Cu o promisiune catre urmatoarea Beck’sperience (care poate va fi declinata mai mult). Din pacate si aici o problema, legata de (&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;ne)segmentare&lt;/span&gt;: acelasi mesaj catre cei care au fost la eveniment (scanati la intrare) si cei care nu au mai ajuns (desi primisera invitatia)! O &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;strategie de segmentare&lt;/span&gt;, astfel incat sa &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;maximizati veniturile printr-o investitie personalizata pentru fiecare segment de clienti&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pentru clientii despre care aveti date  legate de istoricul tranzactiilor, exista o metoda de segmentare dupa un algoritm &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;RFM&lt;/span&gt; (Recency, Frequency, Monetary). &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Adica cel mai bun client este cel care a cumparat recent, a cumparat frecvent si a cumparat mult&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Prin aceasta procedura veti selecta acel nucleu de cumparatori care merita mai mult decat un numar de puncte acumulate sau un discount standard.&lt;br /&gt;Lor trebuie sa le acordati o atentie speciala si recunoasterea statutului de client important printr-o &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;comunicare &lt;/span&gt;dedicata &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;pe doua sensuri&lt;/span&gt;, dandu-le ocazia de a va transmite la randul lor mesaje/feedback.
